At VOLTA, every jersey is a hand-embroidered work of art crafted across our ateliers in Versailles and Paris. We are committed to delivering your piece safely, reliably, and as quickly as possible — anywhere in the world.
1. SHIPPING ORIGIN & MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESS
Unlike mass-produced retail, every VOLTA piece is hand-embroidered to order across our three ateliers in Versailles and Paris. Each jersey undergoes individual embroidery, quality control, and careful packaging before dispatch.
Production Time: 2–5 business days for embroidery, quality inspection, and packaging.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT+1, Paris Time) are entered into the production queue the same day — 7 days a week including weekends.
Shipping Time: Calculated from the moment the parcel leaves our atelier.
2. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
VOLTA offers free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum purchase, no exceptions.
Estimated total delivery times from order to doorstep:
France: business days. Europe: business days. United Kingdom: 10-12 business days. United States & Canada: 10–14 business days. Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days. Rest of the world: 10–21 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local carrier conditions, or peak demand periods. These estimates include production time.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
VOLTA ships to 50+ countries worldwide.
Europe: France, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
International: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and many more.

4. CARRIERS & TRACKING
Every VOLTA order includes a tracking number sent automatically by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. You can follow your order in real time via our dedicated tracking page.
We work exclusively with trusted international carriers to ensure reliable, secure delivery. Carrier selection is optimized based on your destination country to guarantee the fastest and most reliable service available.
5. TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES
European Union: All prices displayed include French VAT (TVA) where applicable. No additional duties will be charged upon delivery for EU customers.
International (Non-EU): While VOLTA offers free shipping worldwide, orders may still be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local processing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. VOLTA has no control over these fees and recommends checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
6. ORDER ISSUES & DAMAGES
Damaged or incorrect parcels: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at contact@volta.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging, along with your order number. Once verified, we will arrange a full replacement or complete refund including shipping — your choice, processed within 3 business days.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days, contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, once loss is confirmed, dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund without delay.
